TRAINING & PLACEMENT

Our training and placement pedagogy includes soft skill training, internships and final placements. The MBA department has a dedicated placement cell to cater to the events and activities pertaining to placements. The objectives of T&P process as such are:
o To prepare students for campus recruitment arranging training in aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for technical and HR interviews.
o To encourage the students for higher studies and guide them to take competitive exams such as UPSC, MPSC, banking CAT, GATE, TOEFL along with higher studies programs like PhD.
o To place the maximum number of students through close campus and open campus interviews conducted by the top companies
o To create awareness among students regarding available career in various sectors and help them in identifying their career objectives according to their talent

The students are given proper training for their soft skill and personality development by in-house faculty members as well as experts from industry. A strong relationship with corporate and upskilling our students are the two basic mantras followed by the department in this regard. Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities and put lot of efforts by the placement team to ensure the best placements for the students studying in the MBA Department of Dhanwate National College, Nagpur. Placement cell enables our students to get decent opportunities from different industries in final placement as well as summer internship programs. Specifically, our students are trained with following aspects:

Summer Internships

All our students have to undergo 45 days internship assignment with different organizations. This is a compulsory component of the curriculum for the completion of the programme as per Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University guidelines. Two compulsory internship programs help the students to get exposure to working of organizations as well as a chance to apply the learning in solving real business problems and opportunities.
